When I woke up this morning I wanted to make sure that my weigh in wasn’t a fluke, so I stepped on the scale once more. I no longer weighed 199 pounds, I weighed in at 195. 195?! Are you frikken serious?! That is insane. It bumps my weight loss to 20 pounds in 30 days, holy fucking shit. Part of me is severely temped to ride this out and see how low I can get, but the other part of me really wants an in-n-out burger animal style with chilies... more likely than not I am going to continue this diet to see where this takes me. After all breaking into the 180 mark is only 6 pounds away now.
September 2nd (10am) - 215 lbs
September 10th (10am) - 212 lbs
September 23rd (10am) - 204 lbs
September 29th (10am) - 201 lbs
October 1st (10am) - 199 lbs
October 2nd (10am) - 195 lbs
One day at a time though, I am done making weight goals for now.
